The member of county assembly of the Ikanga-Kyayune ward in Kitui County Cyrus Kisavi was arraigned in Kitui court today and accused over the allegations of forging vehicle documents with the intention to defraud the kitui county assembly for the reimbursement of a car loan.the mca is said to have presented false motor vehicle purchase reimbursement documents intending to dupe the county assembly to pay him the fore mentioned amount. He appeared before magistrate L.K Sindani and was given a bond or cash bail of ksh 500,000 with surety of similar amounts after pleading not guilty. The case will appear on 6th march this year. __
