Ombudsman asks SHA to settle Rupha’s Ksh.30b debt

The Commission on Administrative Justice (office of the ombudsman) has expressed concern over the recent decision by the Rural Urban Private Hospitals Association (RUPHA) to suspend healthcare services across Kenya over failure by the Social Health Authority (SHA) to remit funds owed to private healthcare providers for services rendered under government-sponsored health programs.
