Nairobi county government officers on Saturday morning cleaned up Stima Plaza, getting rid of the last vestiges of waste they had dumped there early this week. The cleanup was prompted by threats of legal action that followed a dramatic escalation in a row pitting the county government against Kenya Power company over pending electricity bills that had led to disconnection of power in several county offices.
