It is a win for a family in parklands Nairobi after the court ruled in their favor in a decades long land dispute case. Abdul Waheed sheikh and Abdul Hameed Sheikh have been embroiled in a court battle against mas construction limited, a company they accuse of plotting to unlawfully dispossess them of their late father’s property. The judgment by the court of appeal ends the dispute over the ownership and description of the prime parcel of land located in 1st Parklands Avenue within Nairobi.
