Police in Busia are investigating the death of a middle aged man whose body was discovered in a sewage culvert in Busia Town.Area assistant Chief Joseph Mulama said the body was discovered at night in the culvert, which is believed to have been the shelter of the deceased. Residents expressed shock and sorrow over the incident with Community leaders voicing concerns on the rise of insecurity incidents in the area, calling for increased police patrols.
