The family of a 37-year-old Kenyan woman, Nduta Macharia who is facing a death sentence in Vietnam, is pleading for government intervention to secure their kin a lesser sentence. Nduta was convicted on Thursday, March 6th after being found guilty of possessing 2 kilograms of Cocaine and was given only seven days to appeal against her death sentence. Her family is now appealing to the government to help save her life.
