The case of a 37 year old Kenyan lady Margaret Nduta Macharia who is facing a death sentence in Vietnam is now before parliament, with the committee of Defense Intelligence and Foreign Relations directed to get answers on governments intervention. This follows a statement presented by nominated MP Sabina Chege that is raising fears that the appeal window is almost lapsing with the family fearing for the fate of their kin.
