Kitui county secondary and primary school drama festival teachers are up in arms over what they term as mistreatment and shortchanging during the just concluded festivals that brought together learners from all 16 sub counties. The teachers who converged at Mwingi Teachers college and St. Joseph's junior seminary accused the sub county education officer for fleeing with their activity money.
