People living with disability in Kisumu are decrying what they call exclusion from leadership opportunities as well as appointments in public service both at the county and national levels, saying they equally deserve a chance to lead. Addressing journalists in Kisumu this morning, the differently abled Kenyans lamented that they have for a long time been overlooked in appointments in both levels of government. They are at the same time calling for favorable political inclusion policies.
