The Technical Working Group on Gender-Based Violence kicked off a countrywide public participation exercise Thursday. The exercise which started in Nairobi was characterized by harrowing tales from participants who shared details of their personal stories of physical, mental and sexual abuse. This comes as the Technical Working Group Chair Nancy Baraza confirmed they had received overwhelming responses from the public.
