The Office of the Ombudsman now says implementation of the social health authority SHA is frustrating Kenyans and is not effective. Commission CEO Mercy Wambua says they have been receiving complaints on the frustrations that Kenyans are going through during the implementation of the medical insurance scheme. The ombudsman's office says it has deployed a team to conduct spotchecks across the country and that the spot checks will be done in government, private and mission hospitals to ascertain the roll out of SHA.
