Several business owners in Thika town, Kiambu County, are counting losses after a fire broke out at a commercial building. The fire, which started in one of the bookstore stores within the building, is believed to have been triggered by a damaged refrigerator. Thika Fire Department acted quickly and controlled the raging flames, preventing further destruction.
