The family of the late Agnes Wanjiru who was allegedly killed by a british soldier in nanyuki in 2012 says it will be forced to file a case in britain to push for action if the case fails to progress locally in the next two months. Wanjiru’s family which met with uk’s defence secretary john healey has expressed frustration over slow progress by investigative agencies in the country and wants the uk government to help in getting justice 13 years later.
