    Human rights groups in Nakuru have spoken out strongly against the hostility shown towards the Butere girls high school cast of the play ‘echoes of war’ and other participants during the ongoing national drama festival in Nakuru.

    led by their patron Martin Lunalo, the groups have blamed the government for what they term as harassment of the students, saying it goes against the freedom of expression guaranteed by the Kenyan constitution.
