    Speaking during a title deed issuance event organized by Hodari homes real estate company, property investors encouraged young people—especially those in their 20s—to start investing in real estate early to secure long-term financial stability. They also urged parents to respect their children's investments and cautioned Kenyans in the diaspora to always make direct payments to avoid being conned. Beneficiaries thanked the government for actively cracking down on land fraud and helping protect their investments
