Kikuyu Council Of Elders under the Kiama Ki'ama umbrella spent the better part of Wednesday along the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway for a cleansing ceremony following a series of road accidents along the highway. Led by Muthamaki Thiong'o Wa Gitau, the elders prayed for divine intervention ,urging the National Government to fast-track the Construction of a Dual Carriageway to tame traffic accidents. This comes in the wake of the death of over 10 people in four days along the highway. Timothy Kipnusu with the details.
