Businesses in Thindigua, Kiambu County, are on high alert after thieves raided Whiskey Hub, a 24-hour liquor store along the Kiambu–Nairobi road, stealing alcohol worth over Sh2 million. The robbery happened around 3 a.m., when one suspect reportedly posed as a customer before signalling masked accomplices to storm the shop. The gang allegedly targeted high-end liquor brands, believed to be planning to sell them ahead of the December festive season. Residents are now urging the police to intensify patrols and restore security.
