    The Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga has appealed for decorum, civility, and restraint among party members amid a snowballing rift orchestrated by both the political class and the electorate. Remarks by Siaya governor James Orengo against the Broad-based government have elicited sharp criticism against from both the region's politicians and residents amid threats to impeach him. And as Wycliffe Oketch reports, the latest of such agitations was in Orengo’s county on Saturday where a section of residents demonstrated in Raila's hometown of Bondo, demanding an apology from their governor.
