TVET director urges institutions to prioritize practical skills for market-ready graduates

The Director of TVET Institutions in the Western Region, Lucy Shimenga, has called on technical and vocational training institutions to integrate practical skills and hands-on training into their programs to ensure graduates are fully prepared for the job market, rather than leaving with certificates alone.
