Dagoretti South Member of Parliament John Kiarie has defended the domiciling of the National Government Constituency Development Fund under the National Government, arguing that the fund has empowered Kenyans and improved infrastructure at the grassroots. Kiarie says the current agitation to overhaul the fund and direct the funds to county governments is ill-timed and an attempt to sabotage development
