Husband among two arrested over missing Kitale woman

Detectives in trans Nzoia County have arrested the husband of a missing woman, Caroline Mokeira, as part of their investigation into her disappearance. Police say Tobias Keller Mouko, Mokeira's husband, and a woman who was arrested alongside him could have crucial information on the whereabouts of the mother of three, who has been missing since the 17th of October.
