Mandera County keen on boosting healthcare to locals

Mandera County Governor Mohamed Khalif now says that his administration will equip all sub-county hospitals with modern new Renal units to decongest the Mandera County Teaching and Referral hospital. Governor Khalif said the move will reduce referrals to the level 5 hospital which is even serving renal patients from neighboring countries of Somalia and Ethiopia. Speaking to Channel one , Governor Khalif further said his administration has made significant progress in reducing the maternal deaths.
