CS Murkomen decries 14 billion shillings pending bill

Transport cabinet secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has disclosed that a ksh. 114 billion shillings pending bill has stalled road construction projects across the country. the cs while appearing before the senate transport committee however says the government is doing everything to ensure the projects are back on course. The CS also announce plans by the government to end its subsidies to national carrier Kenya Airways.
