A standoff is brewing in Oloosirkon village, Kajiado East Sub-County, between the residents and a land owner who has threatened to block a public road they have used for years. The land owner claims the 10-kilometre rural road that connects several villages cuts across his expansive piece of land, claiming the locals have been trespassing.
