Women have been challenged to embrace ongoing national government projects geared towards uplifting the livelihoods of citizens, including the affordable housing project. Speaking during a Women's Conference organised by the AIC church in Kasarani, Nairobi County, Gender Cabinet Secretary Hannah Cheptumo led women leaders in advocating for peace, protection of families, and an end to gender-based violence.
