Secondary school certificate holders, Technical vocational and education training graduates, and Undergraduate degree holders are more employable than Masters and Ph.D. holders in the country. This is according to a skills needs survey report released by the Federation of Kenya Employers. The report further paints a picture of challenges faced by employers in getting the right fit to fill vacancies with nearly 42% of employers reporting a challenge in finding the required skill set as well as the challenge of the high cost of skilled labor.
