Familia iliopoteza mtoto wao, baada ya kutumbukia kwenye shimo la maji taka huko Bamburi kaunti ya Mombasa inalilia haki ikitaka mjenzi wa jumba lililosababisha mauti achukuliwe hatua. Inaarifiwa kuwa mtoto huyo Ian Komen mwenye umri wa miaka miwili na nusu alikuwa akicheza na wenzake kabla ya kutumbukia kwenye shimo hilo. Familia na majirani wamelalamika kuwa maisha na ndoto ya mtoto huyo imekatizwa kutokana na uzembe wa mjenzi wa jumba hilo.
