Several countries have thrown their weight behind Kenya’s quest to send Police Officers to Haiti to restore peace in the war-torn Caribbean nation. Presenting their credentials to President William at State House Nairobi, Ambassadors from Tunisia, Chile, Peru, Egypt, Argentina, and Jamaica committed to support Kenya in proceeding with the planned deployment. The President told the envoys Kenya was committed to restoring order and tranquility in Haiti.
