Octagon Africa, Alexforbes launch retirement scheme for small businesses

Kenya’s small businesses are set to gain from a new boost in financial inclusion. Octagon Africa has partnered with South Africa’s Alexforbes to launch a retirement benefits scheme targeting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The initiative aims to expand pension coverage, improve employee retention, and strengthen long-term savings across the economy, representing a significant step toward building a more financially secure and inclusive workforce in Kenya.
