More than 150 people have been arrested and over 30 others injured in today's demonstrations in the heart of Nairobi city. Police used tear gas to disperse groups of youth who were demonstrating while blocking passenger vehicles from entering the city center of Nairobi. According to the acting inspector general of police Gibson Masengeli one police officer was injured in Nairobi.
