President William Ruto says the Government has entered into a partnership with Kuwait to help build and improve schools in the country. Speaking in Nyamira County during his 3-day tour of the greater Gusii region, the Head of State said the Gulf country has already contributed 1.4 billion shillings to improve 68 schools in the county alone pledging to have a university set up in the area before January 2025.
