https://nation.africa/ Two women have been charged in a Malindi court with aiding indecent acts on children aged three and six years in Malindi town, Kilifi County. The two women, Fatuma Mohamed Faitha and Nafisa Abdul Rashid, denied the charges before Malindi Resident Magistrate Grace Mutemi but were denied bond due to circumstances surrounding the case. Ms Faitha was accused of facilitating the movement of a three-year-old toddler from Shella estate to Malindi Town and handing her over to a South African national, Mr Michael Ballantine, who touched her indecently. Mr Ballantine is still at large despite being the main suspect in the case. Ms Rashid is accused of causing a six-year-old child to engage in an indecent act with Mr Ballantine. She is also accused of committing the same offence on another six-year-old minor. Malindi MP Amina Mnyazi has demanded the immediate arrest of the South African man and called on parents to take good care of their children.
