A section of Muslim leaders drawn from the Muslim group of Ulamma of Kenya have called on the government to stay firm in its fight against the use of muguka especially along the coastal region. The muguka fight received a boost after the group embraced a campaign against it and assured the country of a strategy to put to an end the use of the substance which they allege is causing more harm than good among the youths
