Over 145 public and private companies have been identified as major environmental polluters. This revelation was made by environment cabinet secretary Aden Duale, who announced that firm action will be taken against the culprits. Speaking during the first-ever Mazinger day, Duale also issued a warning to those encroaching on riparian lands. The government has planted 481 million trees since launching its tree-planting campaign last year.
