Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has, yet again, lost two attempts to arrest the ongoing impeachment process against him, through the courts and as NTV's Brian Muchiri now reports the battle now moves to the Senate starting Wednesday to Thursday where Gachagua will HAVE another chance to argue his case.
