Police arrest Silver Bell Academy officials for making students sit for fake KPSEA exams

    Police in Uasin Gishu county are holding two officials from a private school for failing to register their candidates for the Kenya Primary School Education Assessment Exams (KPSEA) and making them sit fake exams. The two directors from Silver Bells Academy, based in Kimumu estate in Eldoret, were arrested this morning when police and education officers stormed the premises following concerns raised by parents. County director of education John Gitonga confirmed the incident and announced the school's immediate closure.
