Residents of Garbatula Sub County, Isiolo County have a reason to smile after the resumption of the theatre and radiology services at the Garbatula Level 4 hospital, following three years of shortage of personnel and unserviceable equipment. Patients from the vast sub county, which covers Modogashe and Sericho areas that border Garissa county, had to be referred to Isiolo County Referral Hospital, or Maua in the neighboring county of Meru.
