14 people are nursing injuries following clashes between staff members of Purko Ranch Trust Land and the locals in Ilkiremisho area, Narok County. The locals were protesting a move by the Trust officials to bar them from grazing their livestock on the ranch claiming the land belongs to the community. During the altercation, 40 cows were stolen from the ranch.
