31 victims of the Chesongoch and Murkutwo mudslides, which occurred in Marakwet East last month, have been laid to rest. The emotional send-off at Chesongoch Centre was preceded by a Requiem Mass and burial service for which was attended by hundreds of mourners led by Interior and National Administration Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen, Elgeyo Marakwet Governor Wisley Rotich and his Nandi Counterpart, Stephen Sang.
