A section of Mount Kenya leaders has endorsed Interior Cabinet secretary Prof. Kindiki Kithure as their linkman to the National Government. The over 40 leaders who met in Nyahururu ,claim efforts to consolidate development needs of the region are bearing the heavy weight of politics . They claim it was unfortunate that top leaders from the areas are busy seeking sectarian politics instead of pushing for united Kenya to have the region reap its economic benefits.
