A 72-year-old man has been charged with an alleged plan to murder his wife and four children over the ownership of a prime parcel of land worth millions of shillings in Nakuru county.Appearing before principal magistrate Wilson Rading at the Naivasha law courts Antony Muya who is the main suspect, is said to have hired two-hit men to commit the crime and be paid two million shillings. However, after receiving 1.7 million shillings, the hit-men went and informed the wife of the plot. Muya was charged along with his friend Charles Muraya with conspiracy to murder. The court has also issued an arrest warrant for two more suspects. with the case set for hearing on the 14th October 2024
