78 more Kenyans rescued from scam compounds in Myanmar have arrived in the country. While receiving them at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport the Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Principal Secretary, Roseline Njogu said they will be offered counselling and related treatment before they are reunited with their families. She also urged those who may still be stuck in Thailand to contact the Kenyan embassy in Bangkok. The repatriation efforts were spearheaded by the Kenyan Embassy in Thailand. So far, the government has rescued 150 Kenyans from Myanmar since the beginning of this year.
