Haya yamesemwa na katibu wa huduma za afya Harry Kimutai ambaye amesema uamuzi huo utafanikisha utekelezaji wa mpango huo bila tatizo lolote huku akitangaza kuundwa kwa kamati maalum inayojumuisha maafisa wa serikali kuu na zile za kaunti kusaidia katika kuangazia changamoto ibuka za utekelezwaji wa mpango huo. Aidha katibu huyo amesema zaidi ya wakenya milioni 13.3 wamejisajili kwa mpango huo, na jinsi anavyoripoti mwanahabari wetu Kasichana Masha, tayari serikali imetoa shilingi bilioni 4.5 kwa ajili ya bili za matibabu.
