All Kenya Power prepaid customers to update their meters

All customers on Kenya Power’s prepaid meters commonly referred to as tokens, will be required to update their meters starting today. Kenya Power says that the current system was first used in 1993 and an update will allow the utility to streamline and improve service delivery. Kenya power has set the end of August this year, as the deadline for the update.
