Andrew Mulwa claims that Kenyans lost 3.8M nets under Global Fund as opposed to what KEMSA wanted

Andrew Mulwa , Former KEMSA CEO: "We were supposed to buy 14M mosquito nets under KEMSA procurement. However, under the Global Fund system, we were only able to purchase 10.2 million nets, meaning Kenyans lost around 3.8M nets as a result. There was a loss in both money and the number of nets, and citizens did not receive the protection they could have benefited from in the time they had envisioned."
