Mkurugenzi mkuu wa halmashauri hiyo Daniel Kiptoo amesema hatua hiyo inalenga kuhakikisha wauzaji bidhaa hizo wanapata faida huku wakiendelea kuwekeza kwenye muundo mbinu na huduma bora.
