A court in Nairobi has issued an arrest warrant against a woman who allegedly contracted a hitman to kill her friend’s business partner. While issuing the orders Milimani Chief Magistrate Susan Shitubi ordered that Winfred Wandia Kisau be presented in Court on September 2nd where further directions will be issued.
