Health Cabinet Secretary Dr. Deborah Barasa has called for early screening to increase the survival rate of breast cancer patients. The CS also called for more Kenyans to register under the Social Health Authority in order to access care. She made the remarks in Bungoma County during commemoration of the breast cancer awareness month.
