The office of the President has clarified that no jobs will be lost and no state corporation function will be lost during the planned restructuring of state corporations as approved by the Cabinet on Tuesday. In a statement posted by State House Spokesperson Hussein Mohammed the affected employees will be absorbed into the Public Service. In the Cabinet approval nine state corporations will be dissolved and 42 corporations with overlapping mandates are to be emerged.
