It was jubilation in Kisumu, Vihiga and Siaya counties as last year’s KCSE candidates celebrated their performance in the just released exam results. A section of parents however decried delays in accessing the KNEC portal owing to traffic. They appealed to the Ministry of education to find a more efficient platform of sharing examination results.
